the brink of an explosion. It’s full of bright lights and whizzing
speed. The colors are alive: reds, greens, oranges, and yellows. Metallic
threads of copper, gold, and silver sparkle.
Judge's Comments: Wonderful collection of quirky appliques. Terrific
surface design on applique pieces. Appliques are applied well. Piece is
in good balance. You have truly illustrated days that we all have had.
